The principals, Bill and Phil Mardimae, are well-known and highly regarded project managers, consultants and developers with over 40 years’ experience in the health care/seniors housing industry. They have developed expertise in the selection of locations for retirement residences and the marketing strategy to tailor the facility to match the requirements of the community. Gardens has developed a team of experienced consultants and advisors for these projects.

Phil McKenzie

Phil has been providing community relations and marketing expertise to retirement housing companies and projects for over 30 years. Having spoken to and worked with thousands of people making the transition to retirement living he’s been in a position to hear what’s important in the design of the space and the providing of services. His responsibility is to ensure that the living space and the services work as well as possible for those making this decision.
